1. Return Policy

At Enfusion Nutrition, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Returns can be processed via our website or at one of our physical locations.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Go to our website and use the return button to start the process.
Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative box.
Attach the provided return label to the package. Make sure any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop the package off at the designated parcel point listed on your return label.
Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please note the following:

Products must be returned with all supplied accessories and in their original packaging.
Items that do not meet our return conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Enfusion Nutrition is not responsible for return shipments that go missing in transit. We recommend using the tracking number provided with your return label.

4. Return Shipping Costs

When returning a product, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. A small portion of the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The total return shipping fee is €6.95, of which €2.95 will be subtracted from your refund. All returns are at your own risk.

5. Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in good condition and meets the return conditions listed above. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

6. Shipping Information

We ship across Europe with the following standard delivery times:

Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2 to 3 business days
Rest of Europe: 3 to 5 business days

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on weekdays are shipped the same day. Free shipping applies to all orders over €50 within Europe.
