Orders within the Netherlands arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg take 2 to 3 business days. All other European destinations are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Yes, all orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within Europe. Orders under €50 are subject to a standard shipping fee shown at checkout.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on weekdays are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.

The return shipping fee is €6.95. Of that, €2.95 will be deducted from your refund. The remaining €4.00 is covered by us.
